⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A short read that packs a punch, this book is a necessary read for pretty much everyone. Brene Brown, a shame researcher, has garnered a lot of attention lately as an avid proponent of vulnerability. Here, she explores how to cultivate the courage, compassion, and connection to embrace your imperfections and to recognize that you are enough. So let’s say it louder for the people in the back: YES, I AM IMPERFECT AND VULNERABLE, BUT THAT DOESN’T CHANGE THE TRUTH THAT I AM WORTHY OF LOVE AND BELONGING. Highly recommend.
